Weight Control and Health in Islam
Muslims have a responsibility to manage the bodies loaned to them by God.
Islam has always had rules and guidance in place. Tayyib is the original Islamic mindset.
Organic foods, wholesome nutrients, mindful eating, intermittent fasting, moderate exercise and many other techniques besides. Dr TK Harris first wrote about this in his book, Tayyib, in 2019.
First, know what to do. Then do what you know.
Here is the step by step program to make it happen for you.
How it started.
When the Tayyib book was published, it was the first of its kind. Dietary and nutritional success is achieved through both spiritual and scientific principles. It is practical, simple and clear.
The Community Effect is Here.
Weight control is more effective if done with some accountability and support from others. There are many clubs and groups all over the world that do this, but nothing for people of faith
Until now.
Tayyib gives the Tayyib Counsellor the power to turn their learning and success into a way to earn money too. In trials, counsellors earned an average of $400 a month extra by doing around 4 hours a week supporting their clients. There is no upper limit.
A holistic mindset
Learn attitudes and techniques to help master a more calm, controlled, peaceful way of being. Make better decisions, dismiss cravings, and improve wellbeing.
