Organic foods, wholesome nutrients, mindful eating, intermittent fasting, moderate exercise and many other techniques besides. Dr TK Harris first wrote about this in his book, Tayyib, in 2019.

You can go on and help your brothers with the Tayyib way, spreading goodness and earning money while you do it. Everyone who signs up with you pays a small subscription per month for as long as they work with you. We provide the course materials, and you run the support part via your own Whatsapp groups, or meetings in person- your choice.
Every month, you get an income for doing Tayyib work. The more brothers you sign up, the more you earn. The sky is the limit! *Average earnings so far are about 400-500 USD per month from 20-30 signups, with about 4 hours a week of effort. Subhanallah.
How it started.

About Dr TK Harris MD
Dr TK Harris is a doctor and author who trained in medicine and psychiatry in Oxford. He specialises in performance, mental health and the links between culture, spirituality and science. He was hailed as 'unique in his ability to marry religion with medicine' by Mufti Menk, his long-time friend.
He runs voluntary projects providing mental health help to those who cannot access it, and also runs the renowned Sabr recovery centre in South Africa www.sabr.group
