"Eat which is Halal AND Tayyib" -al-Qur'an.

Tayyib means wholesome, allround goodness, not just in what food contains but how it was made, its impact on the environment, how tit is traded, how the waste is disposed, and all of that means it is at the core, the very ethics of how to live a good life.

Just because it's permissible it doesn't mean it's good for you. Halal is not enough. Tayyib completes the missing link between eating badly and eating well.

It turns out that Tayyib is a way of being: a way of thinking that makes it much easier to make good decisions about what to eat, and how live in a kind, healthy, contented way.

Islam has always had rules and guidance in place. Tayyib is the original Islamic mindset. You will never have to feel falsely hungry, eat excessively, or feel guilty about what you eat.

It's all here, updated with videos, recipes, community links, organic foods, quizzes, guidance on fasting and exercise, all of it.

Live the Tayyib way.

How it started.

When the Tayyib book was published, it was the first of its kind. Dietary and nutritional success is achieved through both spiritual and scientific principles. It is practical, simple and clear.

How it's going.

In 2022 and 2023, Tayyib ran as a community program for hundreds of people across the world. All the while we supported these groups and created communities for them to meet, communicate and support each other directly. That movement continues to this day.

Put good stuff into yourself, and you will naturally improve across a number of ways. Weight control, mutual support, healthy eating, healthy shopping, lower costs, happier families, better contentment.

Doing things together, supporting each other, has advanced humanity more than any great person could do on their own. It's the same for our health.

Join us today. Thanks to our previous success in recouping our costs, we can now afford to run the program at a lower cost to you than ever before.

It is part of the Mental Wealth mission to help as many people as possible. Thank you for your support of this cause! Remember to follow us @mentalwealth_app on IG for more offers and content.
