Dr TK Harris is a performance neuropsychiatrist, author, and program director at Oxford-based Harris Hawkins Consulting. For 25 years he has been helping clients get to the top.

In 2010, executives studying leadership methods at Oxford's SAID Business School agreed that the opinions of gurus and coaches was not specific enough to help people at the top level thrive. Something was missing. They needed something more substantial, more precise, more reliable in helping performance in their typical high-stakes environments.
They reached out to Dr TK Harris, a neuropsychiatrist researching talent and organisational behaviour. Harris Hawkins grew out of those initial consultations.
The project grew and discovered that the methods of medicine, and the rigour of proper science, offered huge potential to help not just patients, but also those high-performing people who wanted to further refine their abilities.
Word of mouth is worth more than any advertising or branding. Over 10 years, Harris Hawkins grew from that original request. After some dramatic success with talented people, its reputation spread, and soon Dr Harris and his assistants were in demand in varied high-stakes environments, far removed from his previous clinical work but just as responsive to its methods.
He had written 6 books and dozens of articles before 2020 both for for academia and his ongoing voluntary work (for people who cannot access mental health), but soon the demand for performance consulting outgrew its availability. So, in late 2022, 'Exceptional' the book was published. It is a manual describing the techniques and experiences from performance consulting which help so many clients succeed.
Dr Harris has always maintained the belief that good things should be available to as many people as possible. This course is the first time these materials have now found their way into an online domain. Enjoy them on your own time online, with the support of online forums where you share your views and work with others.
